Purpose
These terms govern the use of Dewbox, a service to collect, moderate and display customer reviews.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the accuracy of your information.
Content
You own the reviews you collect and guarantee you publish them with their authors' consent and in line with consumer protection rules on online reviews. No fake reviews.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Liability
We do our best to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. Our liability is limited to the amount paid over the last twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
